Wheelchair Ramp Program

In 2011 we began our wheelchair ramp program. We built our first ramp in Eagle, Michigan on May 17, 2011 thanks to the help of the Tuesday Tool Men, a group of volunteers who have been building ramps for those in need for many years in Mid-Michigan. So far we have completed 4 ramps. Thank you to Capitol Region Community Foundation for a grant which provided us the seed money to begin this program!

Home Ownership Program

Habitat for Humanity offers a home-ownership opportunity to families unable to obtain conventional house financing – generally those whose income is 30 to 50 percent of the area’s median income. Home ownership is a significant, long-term financial commitment with many rewards and benefits and offers security and stability to families who are financially responsible. Home buyers enter into a legal contract with Habitat for Humanity of Clinton County to faithfully repay their mortgage and support construction of more Habitat homes in the community.
